Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of property management operations, affordable housing programs, and Yardi Voyager administration. This individual will collaborate across departments to streamline business processes, improve reporting capabilities,



and ensure users maximize the value of our technology investments.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration
- Administer and maintain the Yardi Voyager platform and related modules.
- Configure user accounts, roles, security permissions, and workflows.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate software updates, patches, and enhancements.
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits and system maintenance.

User Support & Training
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Yardi-related support requests.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with Yardi Support when necessary.
- Develop user documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing employees.

Business Process Improvement
- Partner with Accounting, Property Management, Compliance, and Leadership to identify opportunities for automation and op
