Hiring for Our Client - Luxury Interior Design - Residential Project

Location - Bangalore - HSR Layout

n

Working Days - 6 Days ( Saturday & Sunday Working ; week off on Monday)

n

Exp - 4-5 years

n

Budget - 7-12 LPA

n

Software/tools - AutoCAD & Sketchup

n

Interview - Face-to-face only ( if you re in Bangalore and available for the F2F interview - then only apply)

n

JD for Senior Interior Designer Role (Autocad + sketchup) :

n

1. Responsible for complete end to end interior solution.

n

2. Meet recent clients in the office or virtual meetings and explain about the products and services and costing.

n

3. Visit sites and work with different execution teams to prepare diagrams/quotations.

n

4. Advises client on interior design factors, like space planning, layout as well as utilization of furnishings

n

equipment, color schemes,



color coordination and material selection

n

5. Client Satisfaction, follow ups, handling escalations.

n

6. Develop creative design concepts and space plans that fulfill client requirements though 'mood boards' to sample

n

your design vision.

n

7. Prepare 2D/3D working drawing and work with the 3D team to generate 3D renders.

n

8. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, each with differing scope and products

n

9. Participate in Senior Management Business decisions on pricing, products and market evaluation and

n

competitive analysis.
