Role Summary:

We are seeking a senior and strategically minded IT leader to take end-to-end ownership of Liquidity Management Systems and Finance Data Platforms within our Corporate Functions IT landscape.

In this role, you will be accountable for the technology strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of critical Treasury capabilities, ensuring reliable liquidity visibility and high-quality finance data for a globally operating organization.

You will act as a trusted partner to senior Finance leadership (e.g. Treasury, CFO organization), translating regulatory, financial, and business requirements into a robust, secure, and future proof technology and finance data roadmap. The role includes leadership of multiple units with team members located in Europe and Asia.

- Act as the strategic IT partner to senior finance stakeholders, defining and driving a multi-year technology and data roadmap aligned with finance strategy, regulatory requirements, and business transformation goals.




- Lead and transform a global organization by mentoring diverse teams, internalizing critical capabilities, and optimizing a global delivery footprint across Europe and Asia for talent, efficiency, and resilience.
- Collaborate closely with Finance IT leadership to ensure an integrated Corporate Finance IT landscape while overseeing key transformation programs, including treasury system modernization and the evolution of finance data platforms (e.g., SAP MDG).
- Ensure the stability, security, and compliance of systems by upholding strict operational standards and maintaining 24/7 reliability for critical global Treasury processes, including audit readiness.
