What Youll Be Doing (position summary):

The Consultant, Digital Platforms & Insights reports to the Chapter Lead, Digital Platforms & Operations. This role is responsible for defining and executing digital experience use cases leveraging Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Analytics, while supporting requirements gathering, solution design, build, and testing activities. The role partners with business, digital, marketing, analytics, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, accurate, and privacy-aware digital analytics and journey solutions aligned to CIBCs products, services, and business priorities.

How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics implementation activities, including requirements intake, measurement strategy, variable mapping, data layer alignment, tagging specifications, validation,



and release readiness to ensure high-quality analytics delivery.
- Establish and maintain consistent implementation standards across web and mobile journeys to ensure analytics solutions are scalable, accurate, privacy-aware, and aligned with business priorities.
- Translate business and product requirements into transparent analytics implementation approaches that support digital measurement, optimization, and reporting needs.
- Validate analytics implementations and support release readiness activities to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance of digital tracking solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize digital experience use cases leveraging Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
- Lead requirements gathering for marketing campaigns, customer journeys, segmentation, and personalized experiences to ensure business needs are clear
