About The Role

We're looking for a VP & Business Head to lead business growth, enterprise sales, market expansion, and commercial strategy for 2gethr. This is a business leadership role for a commercially strong operator who can identify new markets, build GTM strategy, launch new locations, acquire enterprise clients, and own revenue, occupancy, and profitability outcomes.

You'll own the full commercial charter: sales strategy, market entry, recent office launches, and P&L; — working closely with the Founder and leadership team to convert market opportunity into measurable business results.

What You'll Own

Revenue & P&L; Own the sales and revenue strategy and the commercial P&L; for the managed offices business. Build and manage the enterprise pipeline, lead high-value negotiations and closures, and drive new logos, large workspace mandates, and multi-location deals. Own pricing, deal economics, and margin performance across locations.
- Market & GTM Strategy Identify and evaluate new cities and markets — demand, competition, pricing, supply, and revenue potential — and build the business case for entry. Develop repeatable GTM playbooks: target segments, value proposition, pricing, and channels. Track market and competitor trends to surface new growth opportunities.
- New Location Launches Lead commercial readiness for new locations: pre-launch sales pipeline, anchor-client pre-leasing, and revenue/occupancy ramp-up plans. Partner with Operations, Finance, and Design to ensure launch readiness, and track performance against target.
