As part of the SOC team, you will act as the first point of contact for SOC and requests in a fast-paced workplace. The role involves monitoring security alerts and triaging incidents and supporting basic troubleshooting activities.

You will also be responsible for documenting processes and SOPs to streamline operations and assist in resolving infrastructure-related issues. The role requires working efficiently while adhering to attendance, quality, and customer service metrics.

Key Requirements

- Basic Knowledge of security experience SOC
- Basic knowledge of SIEM platforms (SecureWorks , Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel) and endpoint security tools.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs).
- Familiarity with common attack types and security best practices.
- Attention to detail, documentation,



and communication skills.
