We’re Hiring | IT Manager – Daman & Diu

We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager to take complete ownership of our organization’s IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, IT assets, and day-to-day employee technology support.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t just manage IT from a distance — we need a resourceful problem-solver who can diagnose issues on the ground, troubleshoot effectively, and keep our operations running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Infrastructure & Asset Management: Manage and maintain 100+ IT assets, including laptops, desktops, networking equipment, printers, and peripherals. Keep accurate records of assignments, repairs, replacements, and lifecycle status.
- Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Administration: Act as the subject matter expert for the M365 ecosystem. Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive. Oversee the SharePoint environment, including sites, document libraries, and access controls.
- Helpdesk & Troubleshooting: Handle and resolve IT support tickets raised by employees. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across all endpoints and network connections.
- Network & Surveillance: Diagnose and resolve LAN, Wi-Fi, and general connectivity issues. Troubleshoot CCTV/IP camera systems, ensuring continuous surveillance connectivity and basic configuration.




- Security & Proactive Maintenance: Implement basic IT security, access control, backup, and endpoint management practices. Identify recurring IT problems and proactively recommend infrastructure improvements.
- Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact with external vendors and service providers when advanced interventions are required.

What We’re Looking For:

- Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience managing Windows laptops/desktops, peripherals, and Microsoft 365/SharePoint administration.
- Networking Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, routers, switches).
- Surveillance Experience: Ability to troubleshoot CCTV and IP camera systems.
- Systems Experience: Familiarity with IT asset management (ITAM) and ticketing systems.
- Soft Skills: Solid communication skills, self-directed working style, and the ability to take complete ownership of IT issues from ticket creation to resolution.
