Job Title: Influencer Marketing Trainee

Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and passionate Influencer Marketing Trainee to join our team. This 6-month traineeship is designed to provide hands-on experience in influencer coordination, content management, and campaign execution. Successful completion with strong performance will lead to absorption into our team as a full resource.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Model Coordination

- Manage and grow our influencer and model community
- Source, onboard, and maintain relationships with creators aligned with client needs
- Share campaign briefs, negotiate deliverables, and ensure timely execution
- Maintain database of influencers and track performance metrics

Campaign Execution

- Coordinate closely with the Account Manager for smooth campaign implementation
- Support on-ground shoots, logistics, and content deliveries
- Track influencer submissions and ensure content quality standards
- Create and manage campaign timelines and deliverable checklists

Social Media Management

- Support day-to-day operations of brand and internal social media handles
- Help in scheduling posts, community engagement, and content uploads
- Monitor engagement metrics and provide performance reports

Content & Design Support
- Create visual content using Canva for posts, stories, and presentations




- Edit short-form videos (reels, stories, etc.) using VN Video Editor or similar tools
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content across digital platforms
- Participate in internal brand content creation as required

What We're Looking For

- Genuine interest in digital marketing, influencer trends, and content creation
- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X)
- Proficiency with Canva and VN Video Editor (or similar tools)
- Previous internship or college marketing project experience is a bonus
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Hands-on exposure to content production and brand communication
- Real-time industry experience with one of India's fastest-growing advertising teams
- Client interaction and project management fundamentals
- Video editing and graphic design skills for social media

6-Month Traineeship & Absorption Pathway:

This is a structured 6-month traineeship program designed to assess your fit with the Atraski culture and capability to perform as a full-time resource.
