About the Role

We are hiring for three separate Influencer Marketing Executive positions, one each for the Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam creator ecosystems. These are three distinct roles, each owned by a single person with deep fluency and a network in that specific language and market.

Please apply only if you are fluent in at least one of these three languages and have a strong, working understanding of that language's creator/influencer landscape.

In each role, you will be responsible for finding the right creators for the brand and managing partnerships from first outreach to final delivery, within your specific language market.

What You Will Own

- Discover and shortlist creators (in your language market) across Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Identify creators across beauty,



lifestyle, fashion, comedy and other categories
- Reach out, pitch and build relationships with creators
- Negotiate rates and close collaborations
- Manage briefs, timelines, revisions and final content delivery
- Coordinate invoices and payments
- Build and maintain a strong network of creators in your language market

What We Are Looking For

- Strong understanding of the Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam creator landscape
- Excellent spoken and written fluency in that language, and in English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Naturally curious about creators and content
- Highly organised with solid follow-up skills
- Proactive, self-driven and comfortable taking ownership
- Prior influencer marketing or partnerships experience is a plus
