We’re looking for HR Intern who is interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Employee Engagement and HR Operations and want hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
What You’ll Work On
? Talent Acquisition — Support candidate sourcing, screening and shortlisting for various technology and business roles.
? Recruitment Coordination — Coordinate candidate communication, interview scheduling and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
? Candidate Management — Maintain candidate records, interview feedback and recruitment trackers.
? Employee Engagement — Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
⚙️ HR Operations — Assist with HR documentation,
coordination and day-to-day HR activities.
? Recruitment Support — Work closely with the HR team on hiring activities, reporting and recruitment processes.
What We’re Looking For
? Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
? Robust verbal and written communication skills.
? Good organizational, coordination and follow-up skills.
? Interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and HR Operations.
? Comfortable communicating with candidates and internal team members.
? Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
? Willingness to work in Chennai.
