Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Implant HR Admin to support day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding, attendance coordination, employee documentation, worker engagement, and HR administrative activities for blue-collar workforce operations.

This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a plant environment and have experience in HR operations, recruitment support, or workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing joining formalities and employee onboarding

- Coordinating attendance, payroll inputs, and shift records

- Supporting PF, ESIC, and labour compliance activities

- Maintaining employee files and HR documentation

- Handling employee grievances and resolving workforce queries

- Coordinating with plant supervisors, contractors, and HR teams





- Supporting blue-collar hiring and workforce deployment

- Managing vendor and contractor-related HR activities

- Preparing and maintaining HR MIS reports

- Assisting in exit formalities and full & final settlements

Requirements

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge

- Experience in attendance, manpower, and HR operations

- Understanding of labour law basics, PF & ESIC

- Vendor and contractor handling ability

- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/plant environment

- Graduation preferred in any discipline

- Experience in HR/Admin/Recruitment preferred

- Freshers with internship experience can also apply, only male candidates can apply

- Candidates from Automobile, Manufacturing, Plant Operations, Wiring Harness, or Staffing industries preferred
