Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow

- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance

- Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction

- Monitor inventory, control costs, and coordinate with vendors

- Handle guest complaints and resolve escalations efficiently

- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

- Manage and supervise bar operations.

Requirements

- Any Undergraduate, Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field

- 1–10 years of experience in restaurant operations

- Strong leadership and team management skills

Preferred (Good to Have):

- Experience in bar operations
