Job DescriptionAbout the Role

NReaviva Holistic Health is looking for a Graphic Designer to create visual content across digital, print and on-site brand touchpoints. The role will work closely with the marketing team on social media and campaign creative, and will support leadership with presentations and brand collateral.

NThe Graphic Designer willbe responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all output while delivering a high volume of work to agreed timelines. Applications must include a portfolio.

NKey Responsibilities

nSocial media and digital

N1. Design posts, carousels, stories and reel covers in line with the monthly content calendar

N2. Create ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns in all required formats and sizes

N3. Iterate creatives based on campaign performance insights

N4. Design assets for landing pages, WhatsApp, emailers and promotional offers

N5. Edit short-form videoswith titles, subtitles and basic motion graphics

N6. Deliver launch creatives for new services, packages and seasonal campaigns

NPrint and brand collateral

N7. Design service menus, brochures, leaflets, gift vouchers and packaging

N8. Create signage, standees, displays and event collateral for the centre and partner venues

N9. Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers and vendors on proofs and production

N10. Design presentations and proposals for leadership and partnership meetings

N11. Support photo and video shoots, including shot planning, image selection and retouching

NBrand consistency and asset management

N12. Apply Reaviva's brandguidelines across all output and recommend refinements as the brand evolves

N13. Maintain an organisedlibrary of templates, brand assets and source files

N14. Route all medical claims and disclaimers to the medical team for approval before publication

N15. Use client images andtestimonials only with documented written consent

N16. Prioritise requests across teams and deliver to agreed timelines

N17. Undertake such further responsibilities as the growth of the business requires





NRequirements

n- Three to six years of graphic design experience, in-house or with an agency

N- A portfolio demonstrating brand, social media and print work (mandatory)

N- Advanced proficiency inAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

N- Working knowledge of Canva and Figma

N- Print production experience, including the preparation of print-ready files

N- A refined aesthetic suited to a premium wellness brand

N- Good written English and close attention to detail in copy

N- The ability to manage high volumes and tight timelines without compromising quality

N- Receptiveness to feedback and the ability to iterate quickly

N- Some experience in editing reels will be appreciated

NPreferred Background

nExperience with beauty, skincare, wellness, fitness, luxury hospitality or premium retail brands is preferred. Working knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects, and photography skills, will be an advantage.

NWorking Pattern: Full time and on site, with one weekly off
