What You'll Get To Do

- Own and deliver modules end-to-end from design and coding to deployment and monitoring.
- Drive technical decisions and architecture choices to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with PMs, QAs, and cross-functional teams for seamless delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor junior engineers, review code, and set engineering best practices across design, coding, and testing.
- Identify gaps in systems and processes, propose improvements, and set up workflows to scale the engineering team.
- Contribute to debugging, profiling, and scaling high-performance applications.
- Participate in system design discussions and independently design small services.





This Role Is Tailor-made For You If Have

- 3+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining complex production applications.
- Solid knowledge of databases (NoSQL or relational) with proven data modelling expertise.
- Solid understanding of system design, OOD, and design patterns.
- Prior experience in a product-based company.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, or MongoDB.
- Bonus: Prior experience mentoring or leading a small engineering team.
