Role Description The Head of Sales Marketing is a full-time, in office role based in Pulwama, responsible for leading and executing the overall sales and marketing strategy for Cakesandbakeskashmir. This role oversees sales planning, dealership acquisition, and customer relationship management to drive revenue and brand growth. Daily responsibilities include managing and coaching the sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring strong account management for key partners and distributors.

The Head of Sales Marketing will design and implement marketing campaigns, analyze market and sales data, identify new business opportunities,



and collaborate with operations to ensure product availability and consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including target setting, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain, grow, and support dealer and key customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and campaign performance for informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Team Management skills to lead, motivate, and develop sales and marketing personnel.
- Relevant experience in FMCG, food, or retail sectors, ideally in regional or dealership-focused sales environments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and represent the brand professionally.
- Proven track record in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies in a competitive market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
