Role Description The GTM Engineer Clay AI is a full time remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing go-to-market workflows using Clay AI and related tools. This position involves building data-driven prospecting systems, integrating CRM and marketing platforms, and automating lead enrichment and routing processes. The role includes collaborating with sales and marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, creating clear documentation, and iterating on GTM experiments based on performance metrics.





The GTM Engineer Clay AI will monitor system health, troubleshoot integration issues, and continuously refine lead scoring and segmentation to improve appointment quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong experience with GTM tooling and workflow automation (e.g., Clay AI, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, data enrichment services).
- Proficiency in data handling and systems integration (APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, basic scripting or no-code/low-code platforms).
- Skills in sales and marketing operations, including lead scoring, segmentation, B2B prospecting processes, and performance analytics.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, with strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams, with strong time management and self-direction.
- Background in SaaS, B2B demand generation, or revenue operations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
