CSR program Management Writing and actioning a company's social responsibility plan and strategy Propose new programs and initiatives to key business leaders Evaluate CSR initiatives against industry standards; analyze results and develop action plans to ensure Birlasoft has a best in class CSR program Assist in the development and recommendation of the CSR budget Ensuring a company has a positive impact on local communities and the environment Monitor, Develop, analyze and evaluate the impact, resource requirements and cost/benefit of new programs Meeting annual CSR compliance and reporting stakeholders on regular basis Conducting research into best practice Alignment of social and economic responsibilities Developing policies relating to a company’s ethical, sustainable and environmental responsibilities Ensuring that a company’s CSR policy meet legal and commercial needs Stakeholder management Raising public awareness of a company’s social responsibility commitments in partnership with marketing team Creating partnerships wit
