About The Job:

- We are seeking highly motivated Full Stack Engineers with experience in modern web application development and AI-powered solutions.

- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across backend and frontend technologies, cloud-native application development, and hands-on experience building AI-enabled web applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).

- This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products, enterprise applications, and scalable digital solutions for global business users.

Essential Job Functions:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.

- Build high-performance web applications using React.js and contemporary frontend frameworks.

- Develop secure and scalable APIs using Python (FastAPI) and Node.js.

- Design and implement microservices-based architectures.

- Integrate REST APIs and GraphQL services for enterprise applications.

- Develop and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL and SQL.

- Work with Databricks-based data platforms and analytics integrations.

- Build AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs and Generative AI frameworks.

- Implement caching strategies to improve performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.

- Ensure application security, code quality, performance optimization, and best engineering practices.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and CI/CD activities.

- Experience developing conversational AI, copilots, knowledge assistants, or GenAI-enabled solutions.

- Understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating across distributed teams.

- Experience delivering production-grade enterprise applications.
