About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who can turn complex B2B technology, SaaS, data, and AI concepts into clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.

n

The ideal candidate should be comfortable researching technical topics, understanding SaaS products, interviewing subject matter experts, and creating content that is useful for both technical and business audiences.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Research and write high-quality technical content for blogs, landing pages, product pages, guides, and knowledge resources.
n
- Create SEO-focused content around B2B data, lead generation, sales intelligence, SaaS, AI, data enrichment, email verification, and related topics.
n
- Understand technical product features and translate them into simple, customer-friendly language.
n
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to gather technical information.
n
- Interview subject matter experts and convert technical discussions into structured content.
n
- Create detailed how-to guides, product documentation, tutorials, comparisons, and educational resources.
n
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search intent, topical authority, and organic rankings.
n
- Research competitors and identify content gaps and opportunities.
n
- Ensure content is factually accurate, well-structured, original, and easy to understand.
n
- Update and optimize existing content based on SEO performance and product changes.
n




- Maintain consistent brand voice and editorial standards across all content.
n
- Support content initiatives such as newsletters, case studies, LinkedIn content, e books, and product-led content when required.
n

Requirements

n

n
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing, SaaS content writing, B2B content, or a similar role.
n
- Strong understanding of SaaS, technology, AI, APIs, databases, or B2B software.
n
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
n
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts without losing accuracy.
n
- Strong research and analytical skills.
n
- Valuable understanding of SEO, search intent, keyword research, and content optimization.
n
- Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Surfer, or similar SEO tools is a plus.
n
- Ability to work with subject matter experts and independently gather technical information.
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to factual accuracy.
n
- Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.

- Experience writing for B2B SaaS or sales technology companies.
n
- Experience with APIs, developer-focused content, or technical documentation.

- Understanding of AI, data enrichment, lead generation, CRM, sales automation, or email marketing.

- Experience creating comparison pages and competitor-focused content.

- Basic understanding of HTML, Markdown, or CMS platforms.
n
- Experience building topical authority and content clusters.
