- Allocation of No power Complaints in FFA to field staff & monitoring First attempt time and NPC restoration time
- Communication with consumer & internal departments as and when required
- Site visit and preparation of Preliminary Investigation Report for Fire cases
- Communication and response to any Emergency situation/ mock drills
- Carrying out Tools, PPE, Quality, and safety audit, monitor OCP compliances
- Analysis of NPC & ensure communication of performance trends and objectives
- SAP entries like work allocation, completion, outage, SES preparation, Material reconciliation
- Conduct regular inspections (safety walk) and ensure safety compliance at workplace
- Identify and report unsafe act and conditions and ensure corrective action
- Monitor adherence to secure practice/ OCPs, IMS and OH&S; policy
- Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformance and identify corrective/ preventive action
- Ensure reporting of incidents immediately and assist during investigation process
- Provide suggestions for continual improvement of OH&S;
