- Planning & allocation of works to field staff & Vendors, monitoring number of days taken for execution and meter fixing against internal/MERC benchmark, Application processing
- Productive and Effective utilization of available resources
- Carrying out Tools, PPE, Quality, and safety audit, monitor OCP compliances
- SAP entries like work allocation, completion, outage, SES preparation, Material reconciliation
- Preparing and submitting required network changes in GIS
- Resolution of conflict, Communication, and coordination with interested parties
- Conduct regular inspections (safety walk) and ensure safety compliance at workplace
- Identify and report unsafe act and conditions and ensure corrective action
- Communication and response to any Emergency situation/ mock drills
- Imparting departmental work OCP, IMS,



Safety Awareness and OH&S; related training and to ensure and promote participation and consultation of employees and contract employees
- Conduct toolbox talk and monitor adherence to safe practice/ OCPs, IMS and OH&S; policy
- Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformance and identify corrective/ preventive action
- Ensure reporting of incidents immediately and assist during investigation process
- Contribute to achieve departmental objectives
- Review HIRA and suggest control measures
- Ensure compliance to legal and other requirements relevant to their work activity
