Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable event solutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and event briefs.

• Build long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.

• Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.

• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of commitments.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.

• Attend client meetings, site visits, and event executions as required.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project updates

. What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 2-4 years of experience in Client Servicing, Sales, Event Management, Advertising, Hospitality,

Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Solid organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.





• Willingness to travel for client meetings and event executions. Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
