Job Title: Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Chennai. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support data-driven decision-making within our recruitment consulting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders and clients

Analyze workflows and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using data insights

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, HR) to support project delivery

Assist in creating SOPs, process documentation, and functional specifications

Track KPIs and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Statistics, or related field

1+ years of experience in a Business Analyst,



data, or operations-related role (freshers with strong analytical skills may also apply)

Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable insights
