Looking for experienced People Soft HCM Functional Consultant to lead the full implementation lifecycle with a focus on Absence Management and India Payroll. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, stakeholder workshops, testing, and post-go-live support while ensuring strict compliance with Indian statutory payroll requirements.

What will your role look like

/n

/n
Lead the complete People Soft HCM implementation lifecycle from discovery to post-go-live support.

/n
Configure and support People Soft Core HR, Absence Management, and Global Payroll for India.

/n
Ensure statutory compliance across Indian payroll processes including TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, gratuity, and statutory reporting.

/n
Conduct stakeholder workshops, execute fit-gap analysis, and author functional design documentation and test scenarios.

/n
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, interfaces, and data migrations.

/n




Execute testing phases, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, parallel payroll runs, and defect resolution.

/n

Robust functional expertise in People Soft HCM with a primary focus on Absence Management and India Payroll (minimum 2 lifecycle implementations).

Deep understanding of Core HR structures, global payroll rules, and Indian statutory compliance requirements.

Proven capability to design functional solutions, document requirements, and lead testing and data validation activities.

/n
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
