Experience: 2+ Years in Customer Handling / Telesales
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
CTC: Up to ₹6.50 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships through phone and digital channels.
Generate leads and convert them into business prospects.
Handle customer queries and provide suitable product solutions.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Maintain regular customer interactions and update records.
Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
2+ years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer handling.
Solid communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented approach and positive customer-handling ability.
