Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain CSDM Foundation data according to Service Now best practices.

Ensure data governance standards are applied consistently across the platform.

Support definition and maintenance of ownership models for foundational records.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to establish authoritative data sources.

Design and implement automated controls to maintain CMDB data quality.

Analyze and remediate duplicate, orphaned, or inconsistent CMDB records.

Develop integrations between Service Now and external systems

Develop dashboards and reports to monitor foundational data quality.

Support audits and compliance requirements related to CMDB governance.

Define and document CMDB standards, policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of Service Now development experience.

Solid experience with CMDB implementation and administration.

Practical knowledge of Service Now CSDM Foundation layer.

Knowledge of Service Now data model and table relationships.

Solid Java Script and Service Now scripting skills.

Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.

Knowledge of ITIL principles and CMDB governance practices.
