Role Description The Luxury Pre-Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, focused on supporting the sales process for high-end residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities include engaging potential clients, understanding their preferences and investment goals, and presenting suitable luxury property options. The role involves conducting initial consultations, coordinating property viewings, preparing pre-sales presentations, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools.



The specialist will collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience.

This position requires professional communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a robust interest in luxury real estate.

Qualifications
Robust Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interactions with clients and internal teams.
Customer Service capabilities to provide a high-touch, professional experience to luxury clientele.
Sales and Sales Management skills to qualify leads, support closing processes, and contribute to revenue growth.
Training experience or the ability to learn and apply sales methodologies and luxury market knowledge effectively.
Proven experience in real estate, hospitality, or related luxury service sectors is preferred.
Comfort using CRM systems and basic digital tools for lead tracking and reporting.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad with a client-focused, professional demeanor and ethical conduct.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
