Senior AI Developer

We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Developer to design, build and deploy production-grade Generative AI, Agentic AI and RAG solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Build GenAI applications, autonomous/multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines.
Develop AI agents with tool use, memory, planning, reasoning and self-correction.
Implement agent orchestration, workflow management, retries and human-in-the-loop controls.
Work with MCP, A2A, LLM orchestration frameworks and vector databases.
Develop secure, scalable Python backend services and APIs.
Implement LLMOps including evaluation, monitoring, quality, cost, latency and safety controls.
Use AI-assisted/vibe coding tools to accelerate development while ensuring code quality, testing and security.
Evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks and tools and drive POCs/adoption.
Create technical documentation and mentor team members.

Ideal Profile:
Robust hands-on experience in Python, GenAI/LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, vector databases, AI orchestration and production deployment, with a robust builder mindset and ability to rapidly adopt recent AI technologies.
