Role

The Finance Associate will be responsible for handling client compliances, financial reporting, and regulatory filings. The role involves direct interaction with startup founders and managing end-to-end compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in company incorporation and startup registration processes
Support drafting of incorporation documents (MOA, AOA, resolutions, etc.)Assist in GST, TDS, and Income Tax return filings
Support ROC filings and statutory compliance documentation
Help maintain statutory registers and company records




Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
Coordinate with clients for documentation and compliance requirements
Support internal process improvements and operational efficiency
Work closely with founders on finance and operational tasks

Who Should Apply
Recent graduates (B.Com, BBA, Finance, Accounting, or related fields)
Candidates pursuing CA/ ACCA / CMA are encouraged to apply
Robust interest in finance, compliance, and startup ecosystem
Positive Excel & MS Office skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment

Compensation: 2.4 LPA to 2.6 LPA
