Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to manage and control the company’s paper and related inventory.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely material availability, minimizing wastage, and maintaining solid inventory controls and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end paper inventory and stock management

• Maintain records of paper, stationery, certificates, documents & other inventory

• Monitor stock levels, minimum/reorder levels & replenishment

• Conduct physical stock verification, cycle counts & reconciliation

• Investigate discrepancies between physical and system stock

• Maintain inward/outward records and inventory documentation

• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Finance & other teams

• Manage vendors and ensure timely material delivery





• Monitor slow-moving, excess & obsolete inventory

• Prepare inventory MIS, stock reports & management dashboards

• Ensure proper storage, handling & systematic arrangement

• Develop and implement inventory control processes & SOPs

• Ensure records are audit-ready and support internal/external audits
