Position: Specialist – Communication Management-EMS/Autoparts Industry

Role type: *6 months Contract*

Team : Pricing and Communication Management

Payroll : Fixed term contract employment with Flex

Experience range : Junior (3-5) or Senior (6-10) years

Max pay : *Junior - 9.5 LPA including variable, Senior - 14 LPA including variable**

Notice : Immediate Joiner or 15-30 days' notice ONLY

Working mode : 5 days at office

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Manage supplier readiness activities during transition projects.

Coordinate with suppliers, GCM and cross-functional teams.

Track supplier readiness, KPIs,



risks and project milestones.

Handle escalations and ensure timely closure of issues.

Act as SPOC for communication and stakeholder coordination.

Identify risks and implement mitigation actions.

Maintain project governance, reports and regular status updates.
