Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Now Administrator with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Service Now, administration, and production support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting Service Now applications and modules while ensuring platform stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and customize Service Now applications, workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
Provide day-to-day administration and support for the Service Now platform.
Manage incidents, service requests, problem records, and change management processes within Service Now.
Perform platform upgrades,



patching, and instance maintenance activities.
Develop and maintain integrations between Service Now and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure compliance with Service Now development standards, security policies, and ITSM best practices.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-production validation.
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
