About the job

Key responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other support channels.
Manage post-sales queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, replacements, and warranties.
Understand customer concerns and provide quick and appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, logistics, replacement, and product-related issues.
Follow up with customers until their issues are completely resolved.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Ensure a skilled and positive customer experience throughout the support process.
