About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers/interns to join our Sales & Business Development team.
This is an excellent chance for candidates who want to start their career in B2B Sales, Business Development, SaaS and Pharma Technology and gain practical exposure to the complete sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential customers in the Pharma & Life Sciences industry
Support lead generation through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other outreach channels
Connect with prospects and understand their business requirements
Assist in scheduling client meetings and product demonstrations
Follow up with prospects and support the sales team in moving opportunities through the sales pipeline
Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM
Assist with proposals, presentations and other sales activities
Coordinate with the Sales & Business Development team on ongoing prospects
Research target companies, industries and potential business opportunities
What We're Looking For
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
Strong interest in Sales and Business Development
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Valuable interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Prior sales internship or experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
