Role & responsibilities :
Accurately enter and manage invoices into the accounting system.
Verify and cross-check invoice details for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in organizing and maintaining financial records and documents.
Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure timely invoice processing.
Support basic data management tasks and administrative duties as needed.
Preferred candidate profile :
Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in data entry or invoice management (preferred).
Certificate in Data Entry Operator will be preferred.
Basic understanding of invoices, billing, and accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in MS Excel and data entry software.
Valuable communication skills and ability to work in a team workplace.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
