Role & Responsibilities:
Initiate current elements (via Online searches, Email, Telephone and Fax)
Follow up of Pending elements
Liaise with Case Owner (Raise and Receipt of missing / additional information required)
Liaise with concerned teams for Site/visit and Overseas checks
Liaise with Accounts Department
Complete elements (results from email and verbal verification)
Prepare an Annexure
Report to Supervisor (Morning meeting and Weekly Report)
Highest level of accuracy and efficiency when performing verifications
Meeting of stipulated turnaround times
Adherence to all SOPs & SLA's
Demonstrate a true spirit to serve when conducting verifications to ensure clients/candidates and referees have an "easy to deal with and a friendly" experience
Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge such that Netrika's processes and products can be explained to internal and external parties

Required Skills:




Positive English verbal and written skills and interpersonal communication skills
High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and sense of urgency in performing job responsibilities.

Experience:
Graduate in any discipline.
Spirit to serve
Typing speed of 25 wpm with an accuracy of 95%
Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel
Superior time management and organizational skills
Superior English verbal and written skills
A strong focus on accuracy and high attention to detail
Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team
Absolute discretion and confidentiality
A willingness to take responsibility and accountability

As a Research Associate, you will be required to conduct the verification of employment history, qualifications, skilled memberships, and various online databases in accordance with Netrika's processes, procedures, productivity, quality, and timeframe benchmarks.
