Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Counsellor to counsel students and parents and convert leads into admissions for career-oriented courses in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, and Video Editing.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, counselling, and lead conversion and be comfortable working with monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and career opportunities.
Explain course details, curriculum, fees, duration, and career prospects.
Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
Follow up with prospective students and parents regularly.
Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed admissions.
Achieve monthly sales/admission targets.
Handle objections and guide students toward suitable courses.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for lead conversion.
Maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Courses The counsellor will primarily handle admissions for:
Animation
VFX
Gaming / Game Design
Graphic Design
Video Editing

Candidate Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/counselling.
Candidates with experience in the Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, Video Editing, or Education industry preferred.
Candidates from Insurance Sales or Direct Sales backgrounds are also welcome.
Robust communication and convincing skills.
Good negotiation and objection-handling ability.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Experience in lead follow-up and conversion.
Comfortable communicating with students and parents.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

Preferred Experience Candidates from the following backgrounds can apply:

Animation/VFX/Gaming/Education Sales → Preferred

Insurance Sales → Eligible

Direct Sales → Eligible

Other Target-Based Sales → Can be considered

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and interview

Additional: Performance-based incentives
