Role Overview

We're looking for a Client Success (Chat) Associate to manage client conversations entirely over chat/Whats App. You will be the voice of Voy - supporting clients with quick, empathetic, and professional communication throughout their health journey.

What You'll Be Doing ?

Respond to client queries on Chat/Whats App in a timely and qualified manner

/n
Guide clients on programs, meal plans, onboarding, renewals, and appointments

/n
Maintain a warm, encouraging, and health-focused brand voice

/n
Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently without losing context

/n
Capture feedback and common pain points to improve the client experience

/n

What We're Looking For ?

Excellent written English and solid text-based communication skills

/n
Ability to convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism through chat

/n
High typing speed and comfort using Whats App Business/Web

/n
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

/n
Interest in nutrition, wellness, or health is a plus
