Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career prospects, and admissions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions.
Explain course details, fee structure, and career scope to prospective students.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and walk-ins.
Maintain student inquiry records and admission data.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for admission activities.
Achieve monthly admission targets. Conduct regular follow-ups and convert inquiries into enrollments
Required Skills:
Positive communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling
Robust follow-up and counseling abilities
