Handle end-to-end hiring across India, UK and US.
Build talent pipelines and source candidates for key roles.
Work with founders and managers to understand hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
HR Operations & People
Manage HR processes, HRIS, employee records, policies and payroll inputs.
Support onboarding, employee lifecycle and HR documentation.
Help with headcount planning, HR budgets and workforce planning.
Support managers with performance, development and employee-related matters.
Track headcount, attrition and other HR metrics.
HR Automation & Technology
Improve and streamline HR processes as the company grows.
Use AI, HR tech and automation to reduce manual work.
Build easy HR workflows, systems and dashboards.
Culture & Engagement
Drive employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
Organize offsites, team events, celebrations and employee activities.
Help build a robust culture across India, UK and US teams.
What We're Looking For
3–7 years of experience in HR, People Operations and/or Talent Acquisition.
Experience working with global teams and multiple time zones.
Robust HR operations and recruitment experience.
Comfortable using HRIS, ATS, AI and automation tools.
Highly proactive, organized and hands-on.
Strong communication and people skills.
Comfortable working directly with founders, leadership and employees.
Startup/high-growth experience is preferred.
