Build, lead, and scale academic operations at one of India’s growing finance education platforms.

We’re looking for an experienced Academic Operations Leader to drive:
Academic delivery & end-to-end batch operations
Team leadership, KRAs & performance management
Faculty management & teaching quality
Student experience & escalations
Content, curriculum & assessments
Academic performance, pass rates & learner interventions
MIS, SOPs, process improvement & cross-functional stakeholder management
B2B academic requirements & institutional partnerships

What we’re looking for:
7+ years of experience in Academic Operations / Academic Delivery / Education / EdTech.
Qualified ACCA / US CMA / US CPA – Mandatory




Solid team & stakeholder management experience
Experience managing academic teams, faculty and multiple programs
Data-driven approach to academic performance and process improvement
Robust understanding of student experience and academic delivery

Location: Mumbai
