Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain books of accounts for multiple clients.
Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.
Conduct GST reconciliations, including ITC reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B.
Manage TDS computation, payment, return filing, and reconciliation.
Assist with income tax compliances, ITR preparation, and related workings.
Handle GST, income tax, and TDS notices, including the preparation of responses and supporting documentation.
Assist with assessments, audits, and other departmental queries.
Perform ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations, debtor/creditor reconciliations, and other accounting activities.
Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules for audits and finalisation.
Maintain compliance trackers and ensure the timely completion of statutory compliances.
Coordinate with clients to obtain data and documents and resolve accounting and compliance-related queries.
Manage large volumes of client data and multiple client portfolios while meeting strict deadlines.





Required Skills & Experience:
Robust practical knowledge of accounting, GST, and TDS.
Hands-on experience with accounting and compliance software, including Tally ERP/Tally Prime, ERP systems, and SSP.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting reconciliations.
Prior experience in a CA firm or tax and compliance environment will be preferred.
Experience managing multiple clients and large volumes of transactions and data.
Exposure to GST, income tax, and TDS notices, assessments, and departmental queries will be an added advantage.
Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Qualification B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA, or relevant experience in Accounts & Compliance.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
