We are hiring a Customer Care Manager to manage our customer support operations and lead a team of 4 Customer Care Executives.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise a team of 4 Customer Care Executives.

Handle customer queries and complaints related to broadband/internet services.

Coordinate with technical and network teams for resolution of connectivity issues.

Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution and follow-up.

Handle billing, service activation, account and other customer service-related queries.

Train and guide customer care executives.

Monitor team performance and daily customer support activities.

Maintain customer service records and prepare reports for management.

- Ensure qualified communication and good customer service.

Experience

Experience in ISP, broadband, telecom, or internet customer support will be preferred.
