About The Job:

- We are seeking an experienced Coupa Consultant with strong expertise in Coupa InvoiceSmash, Invoicing (Primary), Purchasing, and SIM (Secondary) to support and enhance Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes for our client.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Coupa solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to execute a successful implementation.

Essential Job Functions:

- Gather and analyze business requirements from procurement and finance stakeholders for invoicing.
- Translate business requirements into Coupa solutions and system configurations.
- Configure the modules as per the requirements.

- Work on integration setup with enterprise platforms.
- Perform impact analysis, testing, user acceptance support, and deployment activities.
- Develop process documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles.

- Support production issues and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support hyper-care activities.

Qualifications:

- 5–8 years of experience working with the Coupa platform.

- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Hands-on experience with Coupa InvoiceSmash, Coupa Invoicing, Coupa Purchasing, and Coupa SIM modules.
- Experience working on implementations and rollouts.

- Experience in requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bring in Coupa best practices.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Coupa modules S2C and P2P.
- Hands-on experience in Coupa configurations: InvoiceSmash, Invoicing (Primary), Purchasing, and SIM (Secondary).




- Experience working on AI agents.
- Experience with ERP integrations such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.
- Knowledge of supplier onboarding, compliance, and risk management processes.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Coupa certifications are highly desirable.
