Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber Corporate Development Manager to support strategic initiatives including capital raising, financial analysis, and investor engagement. The role requires strong financial modeling skills, sharp storytelling ability, and experience delivering senior-stakeholder-ready outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support capital raising and corporate strategy initiatives
- Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses
- Create high-quality pitchbooks and investor presentations for different audiences
- Design and deliver client-ready analyses for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop clear, compelling business narratives backed by data
- Work cross-functionally with leadership and external advisors

Qualifications & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in top consulting firms or investment banking
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, analytics, and data-driven decision making
- Very high proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous workplace
