nAbout the role

nThis role will be responsible for growing and strengthening our Evidence Synthesis function, overseeing the delivery of high-quality systematic literature reviews and related HEOR projects. The position combines scientific expertise, project and team management, client engagement, and business development, with a strong focus on delivery excellence, quality, and building long-term client relationships.

nKey Responsibilities

n- Conduct and lead systematic, targeted, and structured literature reviews, ensuring

nmethodological rigor, quality, and timely delivery.

n- Develop and review literature review protocols, database search strategies, and

nevidence synthesis methodologies.

n- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing evidence synthesis team, fostering a culture

nof collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

n- Establish and uphold quality standards, best practices, and efficient delivery

nprocesses.

n- Provide scientific and methodological leadership across evidence synthesis projects.

n- Oversee project execution, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and risk

nmanagement.

n- Conduct and oversee quality checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and scientific

nrigor of deliverables.





n- Guide the synthesis and interpretation of evidence to support HEOR, pricing, market

naccess, HTA, and strategic decision-making.

n- Lead requests for proposals (RFPs), support business development initiatives, and

nidentify opportunities for growth.

n- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on evidence

nsynthesis engagements.

n- Oversee the development of reports, slide decks, HTA submissions, publications, and

nother scientific communications.

n- Contribute to thought leadership through publications, conference presentations, and

nthe adoption of innovative methodologies and best practices.

n- Stay current with emerging trends, regulatory developments, and advancements in

nHEOR and evidence synthesis.

nQualifications

n- We are seeking a Mid-senior level professional with a minimum of 6 years of experience

nin Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), evidence synthesis, or

nrelated consulting environments.

n- Extensive hands-on experience in conducting and leading systematic, targeted, and

nstructured literature reviews.

n- Demonstrated experience supporting and developing Health Technology Assessment

n(HTA) submissions.

n- Strong knowledge of evidence synthesis methodologies, including meta-analysis and

nindirect treatment comparisons (ITC/NMA).

n- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, complex projects, and client

nengagements.

n- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder

nmanagement skills.

n- A collaborative team player, yet equally adept at working independently.

n- Cooperative leadership style with a track record of mentoring and developing highperforming

nteams.
