About the Role

n

We are looking for a results-driven Placements & Corporate Relations Associate to

n

expand upGrad's employer ecosystem and drive career outcomes for learners across

n

Data Science, Analytics, Digital Marketing and related domains. The role demands strong

n

industry outreach, stakeholder management and a sound understanding of hiring needs

n

in fast-growing digital fields.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Expand Employer Network: Identify, engage, and onboard companies to create

n

a strong and active hiring pipeline.

n

• Deepen Corporate Relationships: Build trusted partnerships with HR and

n

business leaders, ensuring consistent job opportunities.

n

• Match Learners to Roles: Coordinate with placement teams to align openings

n

with learner skills and program tracks.

n

• Gather Hiring Insights:



Stay updated on industry requirements and translate

n

them into placement strategies.

n

• Monitor & Improve Outcomes: Track placement performance, streamline

n

processes, and drive higher conversion rates.

n

• Deliver on Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly placement goals while

n

ensuring partner and learner satisfaction.

n

Requirements

n

n
- MBA preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
n
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Recruitment, or
n

n

Placements, ideally in Education or tech domains.

n

• Strong network and understanding of hiring trends in Data Science, Analytics, and

n

Digital Marketing.

n

n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, target-driven workplace.
n
