Accounts Executive - Accounting & Finance

Location: Near J.J. Hospital, Mumbai

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, invoicing, reconciliations, reporting and coordination with our Sales, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting, hands-on experience with Tally, good knowledge of MS Excel/MS Office, and excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain Sales & Purchase invoices in Tally.
Prepare and generate Sales Invoices and E-Way Bills.
Perform customer and vendor ledger reconciliations.
Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchase and Dispatch teams for timely invoicing and documentation.
Follow up for required information/documents from internal teams.
Maintain accurate accounting records and assist with routine accounting activities.
Support the Accounts team in month-end activities and GST-related documentation.

Must-Have Skills
B.Com / BMS (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
Positive understanding of Accounting principles.




Hands-on working knowledge of Tally.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Understanding of GST invoicing and E-Way Bills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Good to Have
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, trading, or SME environment.
Experience with GST-related accounting and documentation.
Familiarity with Sales & Dispatch processes.
Experience in handling receivables/payables and ledger reconciliations.
