Job Title: Accountant

Place of Location : Balasore/Baripada

Job Summary:

The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the organization’s financial health through accurate accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records such as ledgers, journals, and balance sheets
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings
Prepare and maintain payroll records (if applicable)
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
Conduct internal audits and support external audits
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
Monitor financial transactions and report any irregularities

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role




Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, advance Excel)
Good analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of taxation and financial regulations

Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Optional (Preferred):
Professional certification such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CMA, or MBA (Finance)
Experience in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
