Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system reliability.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting and Analytics.
Robust analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.
Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level business applications.
Ability to interpret and analyze data to generate meaningful reports and insights.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with database querying and report generation within cloud environments.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting and Analytics.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
